Professional Identity & Philosophy

I am a technology builder by instinct, a systems thinker by training, and a delivery leader by experience. Over the last two decades, my professional life has evolved from hands-on software engineering to enterprise-scale program leadership and founder-level technology ownership.

I operate at the intersection of engineering depth, product thinking, execution discipline, and business accountability. I have built platforms, modernized legacy enterprises, led large distributed teams, coached organizations through Agile transformations, and delivered mission-critical systems where failure was not an option.

Career Evolution Timeline

Phase 1: Foundation — Engineer & Entrepreneur (1999–2005)

My career began with a strong academic grounding in Computer Science, followed by early exposure to real-world software delivery. I founded the Institute of Computer Education and Management (ICEM), where I designed curricula, trained students, managed operations, and delivered government-aligned digital literacy programs.

This phase shaped my lifelong strengths in teaching, mentoring, and building sustainable systems — not just writing code.

Phase 2: Hands-On Engineering & CMS/CRM Mastery (2005–2010)

I worked as a software engineer across multiple organizations, delivering CRM, CMS, and enterprise web platforms. I gained deep expertise in PHP, Drupal, open-source stacks, databases, and web architectures.

This phase established my technical credibility and problem-solving rigor.

Phase 3: Technical Leadership & Global Delivery (2010–2017)

At Capgemini, CGI, and partner organizations, I evolved into a Technical Lead and SME, delivering high-traffic, security-sensitive platforms for global clients such as Eurostar, Royal Mail, and large insurance enterprises.

I led offshore teams, owned architecture decisions, and ensured delivery quality under enterprise constraints.

Phase 4: Program Leadership, Agile & AI Platforms (2017–2025)

This phase represents my maturity as a technology leader. I led large-scale cloud migrations, CRM transformations, AI/ML platforms, and security systems. I managed ARTs, coached 100+ professionals, and delivered 90–95%+ success rates across high-risk programs.

Led a 15-month migration from Legal Tracker to TeamConnect, involving secure ETL, workflow re-engineering, multi-system integrations, and enterprise change management.
